Are you a highly motivated and experienced Team Manager, looking for your next challenge? Are you passionate about providing the best possible outcomes for children and young people in the South Central London area? If so, this might just be the role for you!
We are looking for an exceptional individual who can lead the Access To Resources Team and ensure the provision of the highest quality of care for the children and young people we serve. You will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring that the referrals from Social Work Teams are responded to quickly and that the right placement and support are identified and provided.
To be successful in this role, you must be registered with Social Work England and have experience in a similar position. You should have a professional and confident approach to your work, and be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and can make decisions that ensure the best outcomes for our children and young people.
