Responsibilities extend to contributing to a dynamic Duty system, stepping in for the Assistant Team Manager or Team Manager when necessary. The role also involves chairing and facilitating planning and review meetings, contributing to resource and budget management, and ensuring clear communication with service users.
Candidates must possess robust interviewing, assessment, and observation skills, utilising appropriate frameworks to develop tailored support plans. Embracing a Strength Based Approach, the role involves promoting independence through innovative solutions such as Assistive Technology and alternatives to traditional residential placements.
