Are you an experienced and driven Social Worker looking for your next challenge? Join our Safeguarding team in Bury as an Advanced Practitioner and play a key role in protecting and supporting vulnerable children and their families.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex cases involving children at risk, ensuring high-quality practice and positive outcomes.

• Provide expert advice, guidance, and support to less experienced team members.

• Conduct in-depth assessments and develop robust safeguarding plans.

• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard children and promote their welfare.

• Prepare and present reports for case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings.
   

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with a valid Social Work England registration.

• Extensive experience in safeguarding and child protection.

• Strong leadership, assessment, and case management skills.

• Ability to mentor and support team members effectively.

• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
