About the Role:
As an Advanced Practitioner, you will lead by example, providing high-quality supervision, guidance, and support to a team of Social Workers. You will play a crucial role in complex casework, offering your expertise in assessments, interventions, and safeguarding. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on complex cases, offering expert knowledge and support to colleagues.
- Provide high-quality supervision, mentoring, and coaching to Social Workers.

- Undertake robust assessments and care planning, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with multi-agency partners to achieve the best outcomes for children and families.
- Contribute to service development initiatives, helping to shape innovative social care practices.

Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
