We are seeking a Senior Social Worker for a locum position in the South West of London, offering up to £38.50 per hour. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and implement effective interventions.

- Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Mentor and support less experienced social workers, fostering professional development.
Requirements:
- Social Work England registration is essential.
- Extensive experience in social work, ideally in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong assessment, planning, and intervention skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
