Now that the country is easing restrictions on social interaction and life in general, our client in South London is looking for an experienced Assistant Team Manager to help manage their Locality team in Childrens Services.
They need an Assistant Team Manager that is experienced in supporting the management of a team of qualified social workers and making the decision to achieve the best outcome for both the children and families in which the team are working with. There are lots of progression opportunities too, with regular panels in place for internal promotions. The senior managers are there to help you achieve your goals as much as you are there to help them achieve theirs.
You will need to have at least 1 year of experience in supporting the management of a Locality or similar team within Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in South London for an Assistant Team Manager.
You also need:
• Social Work England Registration
• Social Work Qualification
• Right to Work in the UK
