Assistant Team Manager – Referral and Assessment – South East London

Role:  Assistant Team Manager

Pay:  Up to £40 per hour

We are working with a Local Authority in South East London that is looking for an Assistant Team Manager to manage their flourishing Referral and Assessment in Childrens Services.

They need an Assistant Team Manager that is experienced in supporting the management of a team of qualified social workers and making decisions to achieve the best outcome for both the children and families with which the team are working with. This Outstanding Local Authority is known for being a safe and supportive place to work with highly creative work undertaken by a skilled and well-supported workforce.

You will need to have at least 1 year of experience in supervising less experienced Social Workers in Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in South East London as an Assistant Team Manager.

You also need:

•    Social Work England Registration
•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
