Are you a passionate Children's Social Worker seeking a rewarding locum role? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Child In Need Team in North London. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of children in need, providing high-quality social work services.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to support children and their families.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and continuous professional development activities.

Requirements:

• Social Work England registration is essential.
• Proven experience in children's social work, preferably within a Child In Need Team.
• Strong assessment, planning, and intervention skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
