Deputy Team Manager – Children in Need – North West London

Role:  Deputy Team Manager
Location:  North West London
Team:  Children in Need
Pay:  Up to £38 per hour
Contract:  Full Time Locum

Our Local Authority client in North West London is currently looking for a Deputy Team Manager to join their Children in Need team in Children’s Services.  

As a Deputy Team Manager on the Children in Need team in North West London, you will need to have at least 2 years post qualifying experience in a similar team or have completed an ASYE.

To be considered as a Deputy Team Manager for this role in North West London you will also need:

HCPC Registration 
Social Work Qualification
Recent DBS Check

You will be managing a team of social workers accompanied by a Team Manager. This is a busy team, so you will need to be a strong leader, capable of providing supervision and hitting targets as required. You will be deputizing for the Manager when they are required elsewhere and supporting less experienced staff with their cases. This is a non case holding role.
