To excel in this position, candidates must hold a current registration with Social Work England, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of practice. Additionally, the nature of this role requires the ability to travel, and as such, candidates must possess a valid driver's licence.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to the team, including:
- A robust understanding of the legislative framework surrounding children's social care.
- Proven experience in care proceedings/court experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, with an aptitude for building rapport with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
