We are working with an Independent Fostering Agency in East London that is looking for a Team Manager to manage their flourishing Fostering Service. 

They need a Team Manager that is ready to help vulnerable children and their families really succeed and affect change. This is an exciting, but demanding opportunity for someone to continue to build on an established fostering team. This will require someone with Vision, Energy and strong Leadership and Management skills to achieve what we expect of the service in the future.

You will need at least a year of experience in managing a team of social workers to be eligible for this post in East London as a Team Manager.

You also need:

•    Social Work England Registration
•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
