Independent Reviewing Officer/Child Protection Conference Chair - Quality Assurance – Bedfordshire

Role:  Independent Reviewing Officer
Location:  Bedfordshire

Pay:  Up to £40 per hour
Contract:  Full Time Locum

We are working with a Local Authority in Bedfordshire who are looking for an Independent Reviewing Officer to join the Quality Assurance service within Childrens Services.

They need an Independent Reviewing Officer that is experienced in auditing the work done by social workers and chairing meetings within the borough to ensure good standards are met. You will be accountable for complex decision making ensuring professional judgement, service user involvement, needs-led assessment, critical reflection, analysis. 

You will need to have at least 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance base role within Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in Bedfordshire as an Independent Reviewing Officer in Children's Services.

You also need:

•    Social Work England Registration
•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
