Are you an experienced, talented and passionate Social Worker looking for a new challenge? At this time, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a qualified Social Worker to join a Local Authority Care Team in North London.

This role will provide an exciting chance to work with children and families in the area, intervening to provide the best outcomes for the service users. This position provides the opportunity to join an organisation rated 'Good' by OFSTED, with a competitive hourly rate of £38.50. Alongside this, there is the potential to benefit from a flexible and hybrid working schedule.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a Social Work England Registration and experience in managing a caseload of Looked After Children. You must have a good understanding of relevant legislation, policy and procedures. Furthermore, you will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication both internally and externally.

You will also be expected to demonstrate the ability to work in partnership with colleagues, families and other professionals to ensure best outcomes for the service users. It is important that you have strong organisational skills to ensure that cases are managed efficiently.
