Job Title: MASH Social Worker

Location: Bracknell Forest Council

Contract Type: Temporary - Full time only

Work Arrangement: 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote

Rate of Pay: £38/hour

About the Role: Bracknell Forest Council is seeking a skilled and dedicated MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) Social Worker to join our team. As part of an OFSTED Outstanding local authority, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding vulnerable children and families within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with a range of professionals from different agencies to provide timely and appropriate interventions.
  • Participate in strategy discussions and make decisions on the next steps for cases.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with statutory guidelines and local policies.
  • Provide expert advice and support to colleagues within the MASH team.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a valid Social Work England registration.
  • Experience working within a MASH team or similar safeguarding environment.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a complex caseload.
