Key Responsibilities
- Screen and assess incoming safeguarding referrals.
- Undertake threshold decision-making and risk analysis.
- Share and analyse information from partner agencies.
- Make informed recommendations for next steps, including statutory intervention.
- Contribute to strategy discussions and safeguarding plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with statutory guidance.
Candidate Requirements
- Social Work England registration and right to work in the UK.
- Experience within MASH, Safeguarding, or frontline assessment teams.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and multi-agency working skills.
