Social Worker – Amber Valley Locality

Derbyshire County Council is seeking an experienced Children’s Social Worker to join the Amber Valley Locality Team.

In this role, you will hold a caseload that includes Single Assessments, Child in Need (CIN), and Child Protection (CP) cases, working directly with children and families to ensure their safety, stability, and long-term outcomes.

What You’ll Need:

• Social Work England Registration
• Social Work Qualification
• Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualified experience in frontline children’s social work
• Experience in completing assessments, safeguarding children, and managing CIN/CP cases
• Strong decision-making and organisational skills

Pay & Benefits:
