Are you an experienced Operational Lead looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Service to join a MASH service on a hybrid and flexible working basis. This role offers the perfect balance of remote and in-person work, allowing you to manage your time effectively and maintain a strong presence within the team.

As the successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to utilise your previous experience as a HOS or Operational Lead in either MASH or Safeguarding, making a real impact on the service and driving positive change. Your expertise will be highly valued, and you will have the chance to lead and inspire a dedicated team of professionals.
