Salary: Up to £48,500 per annum (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality support and intervention for children and families in need, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Conducting assessments, creating care plans, and implementing interventions to support positive outcomes for children.
  • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including health professionals, educators, and community organizations, to provide holistic support.
  • Advocating for the rights and best interests of children and families within the legal framework.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Qualified social worker with a recognized social work qualification.
  • 3+ years of post-qualification experience in child protection and children in need services.
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Strong communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-agency environment.
