Permanent Social Worker – Referral and Assessment – South West London

Role:  Permanent Social Worker
Location:  South West London
Team:  Referral and Assessment
Pay:  Up to £42k per annum plus Excellent Golden Hello and Retention Bonus
Contract:  Permanent

Our Local Authority client in South West London is currently looking for a Permanent Social Worker to join their Referral and Assessment team in Children’s Services.  This local authority are in a very good place and have recently appointed a new Assistant Director with a fantastic vision and proven track record with other Local Authorities.

As a Permanent Social Worker on the Referral and Assessment team in South West London, you will need to have at least 1 year post qualifying experience in a similar team or have completed an ASYE.

To be considered as a Permanent Social Worker for this Referral and Assessment role in South West London you will also need:

HCPC Registration 
Social Work Qualification
Recent DBS Check

You will working in the Referral and Assessment team identifying risk by completing initial assessments following the Common Assessment Framework. You will be required to work on Duty one week in every 6, meaning you have ample time to complete detailed assessments before being allocated new cases to investigate.
