Are you an experienced Social Worker looking to take the next step in a supportive and forward-thinking safeguarding service? This is a fantastic opportunity to join Achieving for Children on a permanent basis, working across Kingston and Richmond within a well-established and highly regarded team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload within a safeguarding service, including Child Protection and Child in Need work
- Complete high-quality assessments, care planning, and direct work with children and families
- Undertake statutory visits and maintain accurate, timely case recordings
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to ensure the best outcomes
- Attend court proceedings where required and produce clear, evidence-based reports
Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
- Experience within safeguarding/child protection services
- Strong assessment, analytical, and report-writing skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
- Commitment to delivering high-quality practice and improving outcomes
