Are you an experienced Social Worker looking to take the next step in a supportive and forward-thinking safeguarding service? This is a fantastic opportunity to join Achieving for Children on a permanent basis, working across Kingston and Richmond within a well-established and highly regarded team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload within a safeguarding service, including Child Protection and Child in Need work
  • Complete high-quality assessments, care planning, and direct work with children and families
  • Undertake statutory visits and maintain accurate, timely case recordings
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to ensure the best outcomes
  • Attend court proceedings where required and produce clear, evidence-based reports

Requirements

  • Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
  • Experience within safeguarding/child protection services
  • Strong assessment, analytical, and report-writing skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality practice and improving outcomes

Hours: 36 hours per week
