Our Local Authority client in North London is currently looking for a Social Worker to join their Referral and Assessment team in Children’s Services. This borough is in a good place and needs strong, committed Team Manager to continue their good work.
As a Team Manager on the Referral and Assessment team in North London, you will need to have at least 2 years of Managerial experience and experience managing a similar team.
To be considered as a Team Manager for this role in North London you will also need:
Social Work England Registration
Social Work Qualification
Recent DBS Check
You will be managing a small team of 5 social workers, covering Duty and dealing with assessments of needs and risks. There is a duty rota in place which you will be a part of, and you will be expected to sometimes work unsociable hours as the job requires.
