We are working with a Local Authority in South East London that is looking for a Personal Advisor to join their flourishing Leaving Care team in Childrens Services.

They need a Personal Advisor that is ready to help vulnerable children and their families really succeed and affect change. This Outstanding Local Authority is known for being a safe and supportive place to work with highly creative work undertaken by a skilled and well-supported workforce.

You will need to have a good understanding of pathway plans and some experience working in a Leaving Care team within Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in South East London as a Personal Advisor.

As well as knowledge of pathway plans you will also need the right to work in the UK.
