Pay:  Up to £42 per hour

We are working with a Local Authority in Bedfordshire that are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their flourishing Family Partnership Service as a Practice Lead in Childrens Services.

They need a Practice Lead that is ready to support their Social Worker in helping vulnerable children and their families really succeed and affect change. There are lots of progression opportunities too, with regular panels in place for internal promotions. The Managers are there to help you achieve your goals as much as you are there to help them achieve theirs.

You will need to have at least completed an ASYE in Childrens Services plus 4 years’ experience to be eligible for this post in Bedfordshire for a Practice Lead.

As well as an ASYE, you also need:

•    Social Work England Registration
•    Previous experience managing teams
•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
•    Practice Educator Qualification (Desirable)
