Role:  Qualified Social Worker

Pay:  Up to £38 per hour 
Contract:  Full Time Locum

Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young people? Our client in West Sussex is looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join their flourishing Transitions team in adult services. 

As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to support and guide young people as they navigate the challenges of transitioning into independent living. Your role will involve providing practical and emotional support, helping young people to access education, employment, and housing, and advocating for their needs within the local authority.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by young people leaving care, as well as the ability to build trusting and supportive relationships. Experience working with vulnerable young people and knowledge of the local authority's support services will be highly beneficial.

You will need to have at least completed an ASYE in adults services to be eligible for this Transitions post in West Sussex acting as a Qualified Social Worker.

•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
