With an average caseload of around 20, you will have the capacity to give each case the attention it deserves. Regular visits, scheduled every 3-4 weeks, will allow you to build meaningful relationships and ensure the best outcomes for the children under your care.

Candidates should possess the following:

- A qualification in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in a similar role, particularly within a Looked After Children team.
- A deep understanding of the challenges faced by children in care and a commitment to their wellbeing.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively.
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle, as the role involves travel to various locations.
