Are you a qualified Social Worker looking for a rewarding role in Children's Services? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join a Children with Disabilities Team in a local authority in South West London. As a Social Worker in this role, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to children with disabilities and their families. This will involve conducting assessments, developing care plans, and working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children in your care.

To be successful in this role, you must be Social Work England Registered and have previous experience working in a similar setting. You should also have a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
