Are you a dedicated and experienced Social Worker with a passion for supporting adolescents in need? Join our committed team in South East London.

As a Qualified Social Worker on our Adolescent Safeguarding Team, you'll be at the forefront of safeguarding efforts for young people. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and developing plans to safeguard and support adolescents.
• Collaborating with partners, families, and professionals to ensure the welfare of young people.
• Providing guidance and intervention to promote positive outcomes for adolescents in need.
