Pay:  up to £38 per hour

Do you have a passion for Adult Social Care and would you like to make a difference in the Cotswolds? If so, an exciting role has opened up for a qualified and experienced Adult Social Care professional to join an established team.

This position is a great chance to work in a leading organisation which provides social care services to adults in the Cotswolds. You will be responsible for assessing the needs of adults, developing and implementing plans, and providing advice and guidance to people who need support. Working with other professionals, you will ensure that the highest standards of care are maintained.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be experienced in adult social care and have a good understanding of the legislation and professional standards that apply. You must be a motivated, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent individual who is comfortable working with vulnerable adults and their families.

You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with adults and their families. You must possess excellent communication skills and be confident in using IT systems. You must also have the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
