As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting the Assessment Team, ensuring thorough assessments and timely interventions. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting complex assessments and providing expert guidance to Social Workers.
• Leading case discussions and contributing to the development of effective support plans.
• Collaborating with internal and external partners to enhance the effectiveness of assessment services.
