Are you a dedicated Social Worker looking to make a significant impact in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our Assessment Team in North London. In this vital role, you will assess the needs of children and families, ensuring that they receive the appropriate support and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Assessments: Carry out comprehensive assessments of children and families, identifying their needs and the necessary interventions to support them.

  • Safeguarding: Quickly identify and respond to any safeguarding concerns, ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to protect vulnerable children.

  • Care Planning: Develop clear and effective care plans, working closely with families and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.

  • Multi-Agency Work: Collaborate with a range of professionals, including health, education, and other social care teams, to provide a holistic approach to each case.

  • Court Work: Prepare detailed reports for court proceedings and represent the local authority when necessary, ensuring that the best interests of the child are always prioritized.
