Qualified Social Worker - Child Protection - East London 

Role: Qualified Social Worker
Location: East London
Team: Child Protection 
Pay: Up to £36 per hour

Our Local Authority client in East London is currently looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join in their Child Protection team in Children's Services. This local authority is looking for experienced Social Worker to join their service and hit the ground running. There is plenty of support and supervision, but you will be allocated a caseload immediately. 

As a Qualified Social Worker on the Child Protection team in East London, you will need to have at least 2 Years post qualifying experience in a similar team or have completed an ASYE.

 To be considered as a Qualified Social Worker for this role in East London you will also need:

Social Work England Registration
Social Work Qualification
Recent DBS Check

You will be completing Child Protection Investigations, working on long term cases, some of which will be in Court. There is a duty rota in place which you will be a part of, and you will be expected to sometimes work unsociable hours as the jobs require.
