Qualified Social Worker – Child Protection – South West London

Role:  Qualified Social Worker
Location:  South West London
Team:  Child Protection
Pay:  Up to £44k per annum plus Golden Hello and Retention Bonus
Contract:  Permanent

Our Local Authority client in South West London is currently looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Child Protection team in Children’s Services on a Permanent basis.  This local authority have worked really hard over the last few years and have excellent support in place form Managers, along with a very forward thinking Assistant Director.

As a Qualified Social Worker on the Child Protection team in South West London, you will need to have at least 1 year post qualifying experience in a similar team or have completed an ASYE.

To be considered as a Qualified Social Worker for this role in South West London you will also need:

HCPC Registration 
Social Work Qualification
Recent DBS Check

You will be completing child protection investigations and will sometimes be required to attend court.  There is a duty rota in place which you will be a part of, and you will be expected to sometimes work unsociable hours as the job requires.
