Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children in care
- Providing support and guidance to children and their families
- Advocating for children's rights and well-being
- Collaborating with foster carers, schools, and other agencies
- Ensuring children receive appropriate services and support
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with relevant certifications (Social Work England)
- Experience in Children in Care and Children's Services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
