Qualified Social Worker - Children in Need - Central London

Role:  Qualified Social Worker
Location:  Central London
Team:  Children in Need
Pay:  Up to £32 per hour
Contract:  Full Time Locum

Our Local Authority client in Central London is currently looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Children in Need team in Children’s Services.  This local authority have worked really hard over the last few years and have consistently achieved "Good" in their Ofsted inspections. This borough works to a systemic model of practice and gives full training to their locum staff.

As a Qualified Social Worker on the Children in Need team in Central London, you will need to have at least 1 year post qualifying experience in a similar team or have completed an ASYE.

To be considered as a Qualified Social Worker for this role in Central London you will also need:

HCPC Registration 
Social Work Qualification
Recent DBS Check

You will be completing child protection investigations and working on court cases.  There is a duty rota in place which you will be a part of, and you will be expected to sometimes work unsociable hours as the job requires.
