Are you an experienced and compassionate Social Worker with a passion for supporting children in care and care leavers? Join our dedicated team in South West London as a Senior Social Worker, contributing to the well-being and positive outcomes of our looked after children and care leavers.
As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and support within the Children Looked After and Care Leavers Team. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments, developing comprehensive care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of care for looked after children.
- Providing guidance and support to care leavers as they transition into independence.
- Collaborating with colleagues, external agencies, and community resources to create a supportive network.
