Are you a qualified Social Worker looking for an exciting new challenge? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join the Children with Disabilities Team in Children's Services for a Local Authority in South East London. This role offers an attractive pay rate of up to £37 per hour, providing a fantastic opportunity to further your career and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.

As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and intervention to children and young people with disabilities, aged 0 to 25, and their families. You will work closely with other professionals to assess the needs of the children and develop care plans that meet their individual requirements. Additionally, you will be required to liaise with external agencies and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children in your care.

To be successful in this role, you must be Social Work England Registered and have previous experience working within a similar setting. You should have a strong understanding of relevant legislation and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you must be able to work effectively under pressure and have a genuine passion for improving the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
