Are you a qualified Community Children's Social Worker looking for a part-time position with a competitive pay rate of £35 per hour? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join an Early Help Team and provide advice and guidance to practitioners who are concerned about children's welfare.

In this role, you will have the flexibility to work three days a week and can choose your preferred office location. Once established, you will also have the option to work from home. You will be supported by a manager and senior social workers within the team, as well as another social worker on the countywide duty line.

The ideal candidate will have MASH experience, a strong understanding of Children services, and the ability to make defensible decisions in a timely manner. You will need to have a reflective and empathetic approach, as well as the ability to prioritize effectively.

As an agency social worker, you will be provided with support to carry out your role, as well as an expenses package for accommodation and/or mileage up to £150 per week.
