As a Qualified Social Worker on our Family Safeguarding Team, you will be a key player in providing essential support to families in need. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and developing tailored safeguarding plans for families.
• Collaborating with a range of professionals, including health, education, and housing, to ensure holistic support.
• Empowering families to make positive changes and promoting the well-being of children.
