Are you a qualified and experienced Social Worker looking for a rewarding role within Children's Services? We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join the Kinship team for a Local Authority in South East London.

As a Social Worker within the Kinship team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families. You will be responsible for assessing and supporting kinship carers, ensuring the safety and well-being of children in their care. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse and dynamic team, providing essential support and guidance to those in need.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a recognised social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. You should have a minimum of 3 years' experience working within Children's Services, with a strong understanding of fostering and adoption procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseload.
