Are you a dedicated and experienced Social Worker looking to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Social Worker to join a Leaving Care Team within Children Services for a Local Authority in East London.

As a Social Worker in the Leaving Care Team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to young people transitioning out of care and into independent living. You will work closely with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for these individuals, helping them to access the support and resources they need to thrive.

To be successful in this role, you must be social work England registered and have previous experience working with children and young people in a similar setting. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies.
