Are you a dedicated and experienced social worker looking for a rewarding role in East London? We are currently seeking a Senior Social Worker to join the Leaving Care team, offering a competitive pay rate of up to £37 per hour based on your experience.

As a Senior Social Worker in the Leaving Care team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to young people transitioning out of the care system. This role requires a compassionate and empathetic individual who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young people.

To be successful in this role, you must be registered with Social Work England and have relevant experience working in a Leaving Care team. You will need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with young people, and a strong understanding of the challenges they may face.

In return for your hard work and dedication, this role offers flexible working arrangements, with the opportunity to work 2 days a week in the office. This will allow you to achieve a healthy work-life balance while still making a difference in the lives of young people in need.
