As a Qualified Social Worker on our Looked After Children Team, you'll be a crucial advocate for the well-being and development of children in care. Key responsibilities include:

• Undertaking assessments and creating care plans to meet the individual needs of Looked After Children.
• Collaborating with foster carers, families, and partner agencies to ensure a supportive and nurturing environment.
• Providing guidance and support to Looked After Children to enhance their overall quality of life.
