Are you a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker looking for a fulfilling role in children's services? Look no further! Our esteemed client, The London Borough of Bexley, is seeking talented individuals like you to join their dynamic Looked After Children team.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct assessments and develop care plans for Looked After Children, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
✅ Work collaboratively with colleagues, partner agencies, and families to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
✅ Provide direct support and intervention to children and families, advocating for their rights and best interests.
✅ Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with statutory requirements and organizational policies.

Requirements:
�� Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration (SWE).
�� Previous experience working within children's services, preferably within a Looked After Children Team.
�� Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
�� Excellent communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
