Are you a dedicated and experienced Social Worker looking for a fulfilling role? Join our proactive MASH/Early Help Team in the South West and contribute to early intervention and positive outcomes for individuals and families in our community.

As a Social Worker on our MASH/Early Help Team, you'll be at the forefront of identifying and addressing the needs of individuals and families, ensuring timely and effective support. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with multi-agency partners to assess and address concerns through early intervention.
• Conducting assessments to identify support needs and develop tailored plans.
• Providing guidance and support to individuals and families to enhance their overall well-being.
