As a social worker in this team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and making decisions on the most appropriate course of action to ensure the safety and well-being of children in need. You will work closely with families, partner agencies, and other professionals to provide support and interventions where necessary.

To be successful in this role, you must be registered with Social Work England and have relevant experience working within a Referral and Assessment team. You should have a strong understanding of child protection procedures, risk assessment, and safeguarding practices.
