Are you an experienced and driven Social Worker ready to take on a senior role? Join our dynamic Referral and Assessment Team in South West London as a Senior Social Worker and contribute to ensuring the welfare of children and families in our vibrant community!

As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting the Referral and Assessment Team, ensuring effective and timely services for children and families. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting high-quality assessments, providing expert guidance to Social Workers.
• Overseeing and contributing to the development of comprehensive support plans.
• Collaborating with internal and external partners to enhance the effectiveness of services.
