Essential Skills and Experience:
- Social Work England registration is a prerequisite.
- A proven track record in a similar role within children's services.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a decisive judgement.
