Are you a qualified Social Worker looking for an exciting new challenge? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join the Referral and Assessment team within Children Services for the London Borough of Lambeth. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families, while also advancing your career in social work.

As a Social Worker within the Referral and Assessment team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and making decisions regarding the most appropriate support and interventions for children and families in need. You will work closely with other professionals, including health and education professionals, to ensure the best possible outcomes for vulnerable children.

To be successful in this role, you must be Social Work England Registered and have a strong understanding of conducting initial assessments for children and families. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. Experience in a similar role within a local authority setting is highly desirable.
