Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans
- Safeguarding vulnerable children and families
- Providing support and guidance to families in need
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
- Advocating for children's rights and well-being
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with relevant certifications (Social Work England)
- Experience in Referral and Assessment and Children's Services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
