As a Qualified Social Worker on our Screening and Assessment Team, you'll play a crucial role in evaluating and addressing the needs of individuals and families. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive screenings and assessments to inform tailored interventions.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support.
• Advocating for positive outcomes and facilitating necessary resources.

• Full-time contract (36 hours per week) with the flexibility of hybrid working.
